Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Library

One of the most important facilities at Mhalgi Prabodhini is Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar  Abhyas Kendra (Library). The library has been extending its various services since 1993. It was established as a public library and was recently awarded with B Grade, a prestigious status for a public library, by the Directorate of Libraries, Government of Maharashtra. However, it is not confined to mere a collection of popular titles. On the contrary, the library is striving to develop social, political and cultural awareness among the citizens, to enhance the leadership qualities among the social activists and nationalist and to cater to their information needs.
